National Weekly Event on Early Childhood Development and Maintenance Sponsored by the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs was Held at Divisional Secretariat Velanai Conference Hall on 2019.07.26,29 at 9.30 A.M. In the Above Event Pre School Students, Teachers and Parents of the Velanai Divisional Secretariat have Participated. There were also Art Events of Pre School Students and Awareness Programmes for Parents.
