Saptha Theevaha Navratri Festival - 2019

Saptha Theevaha Navratri Festival was organized by the Velanai Divisional Secretariat with the participation of Velanai, Kayts, Karainagar and Neduntivu Divisional Secretariats under the guidance of the Northern Province Department of Cultural Affairs. The ceremony was held at Ambalavanar Gallery, Punguduthivu at 3.00 pm on 2019.10.02 and 2019.10.03. First day event was held under the patronage of Mrs. Sujeewa Sivadas (Assistant Director, Department of Cultural Affairs, Northern Province)  The second day event was chaired by I. llangovan (Secretary, Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Youth Affairs and the Northern Province).
